1. Controller

Arkibood is a project of Brick Poetry Architecture GmbH, Heßstr. 79, 80797 München, hello@arkibood.com, which is the controller responsible for the processing of personal data described here (Art. 4(7) GDPR).

2. What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

Your email address
Optionally, your answers to the build-type and budget questions in the form
Standard technical data your browser sends automatically (e.g. IP address, browser type) while the page is loading, via our hosting provider's server logs

3. Why we collect it and the legal basis

We use your email address to notify you when the first plan set becomes available and to send occasional updates about the launch. This processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form. The optional answers help us design a plan set and price that fits real demand.

4. Who else sees this data

We do not use any third-party email marketing tool for this waitlist. Your submission is processed by a small script running on our own web server and results in a notification email to us; no external mailing-list provider is involved.

We use the following service providers purely for hosting:

Website hosting: netcup (domain registration: IONOS)

Both of these providers process data exclusively within the European Union. Our hosting/domain providers (netcup and IONOS, both based in Germany) do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA, so no additional international-transfer safeguards are required.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your email address until the product launches and you unsubscribe, or 12 months of inactivity, whichever comes first.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to withdraw consent at any time (e.g. via the unsubscribe link in any email), and to object to further processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at hello@arkibood.com.

7. Right to complain

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence. The authority responsible for us is Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht.
